5:00 AM ~ Wake up - bell!
5:30 - 6:30 AM ~ Individual Practice Session
6:30 - 7:00 AM ~ Group Meditation in Hall - bell!
7:30 AM ~ Breakfast - bell!
8: 30 - 9-00 AM ~ Instruction Session
9:00 AM ~ Individual Practice Period
9:00 AM ~ Interviews (start on 3rd day, then on alternate days)
11:30 AM~ Lunch - bell!
12:00 noon - 1:00 PM ~ Rest
Afternoon
1:00 - 5:00 PM ~ Individual Practice Period
5:00 PM ~ Afternoon Drinks – bell!
5:30 - 6:30 PM ~ Individual Practice Period
6:30 - 7:30 PM ~ Group Meditation in Hall - bell!
7:30 - 8:30 PM ~ The Evening Talk – bell!
9:30 PM ~ Rest or continue with the practise.
